Custom Order Process

Please review our custom order process below:

1. Submit Your Custom Materials

After placing your order, please upload your custom materials (such as pet photos) via the website.

If you are unable to upload them, you may send them to us together with your order number via:

If you have already placed an order and are contacting us via email or WhatsApp, please include your order number in your message to help us assist you more efficiently.

Production cannot begin until we receive your required materials.

2. Draft Review

Once we receive your materials, we will prepare and send a draft (where applicable) within 2–4 business days.

3. Approval & Production

Please review and confirm your draft within 1–2 days.

If we do not receive your confirmation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to begin production automatically using the draft provided in order to avoid delays.

Standard production time is approximately 3-4 weeks, depending on the product and seasonal demand.

4. Time-Sensitive Orders

If you have specific time requirements, please inform us before placing your order or as soon as possible after ordering. While we will do our best to accommodate urgent requests, we cannot guarantee rush production unless confirmed in writing.
