• After placing your order, please send the customisation materials and your order number to us.
• Once we receive and confirm your materials, we will send you a draft for approval within 2-4 business days (if applicable).
• Upon your confirmation of the draft, we will begin production. The production time varies by product and typically takes 1-3 weeks.
• Once the item is ready, we will dispatch it immediately.
• For UK orders, we use Royal Mail or Evri 48hrs. Most European countries enjoy free shipping.
• In case of lost or delayed shipments, we will assist buyers in contacting the courier company to resolve the issue.
