Thank you for shopping with Chic Chic Custom. As all of our products are personalised and made to order, please review our shipping process carefully.

 


 

 

1. Customisation Materials

After placing your order, please send us your customisation materials (such as pet photos) along with your order number as soon as possible.


Production will not begin until we receive the required materials.


If we do not receive your materials within a reasonable time, your order may be delayed.

 


 

 

2. Draft & Approval Process

Once we receive your materials, we will prepare a draft (where applicable) within 2–4 business days.


We will send the draft to you for approval.

Production will only begin after your confirmation.


If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, we reserve the right to proceed with production using the draft provided in order to avoid delays.

 


 

 

3. Production Time

As each item is handmade and personalised, production time varies depending on the product.


Typical production time: 1–3 weeks


Please note that this timeframe does not include shipping time.


During peak seasons (such as Christmas or promotional periods), production times may be slightly longer.

 


 

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

Once your item is completed, it will be dispatched promptly.


 

UK Orders

Shipped via Royal Mail or Evri 48-hour service.


 

European Orders

Most European destinations qualify for free shipping.

Delivery times vary depending on the country.


Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

 


 

 

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us.


We will assist you in contacting the courier company and investigating the issue. However, once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the courier service.

 


 

 

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.


We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
